hey you look great for your age, for any women of any age infact ;) love ya youtube vids i wach alot of big male bodybuilders for inspiration and to psych myself up before gym lol, never thought id find inspiration from a female bodybuilder tho, you even sound like a nice person.

I have watched the Fitness America contests over the last decade and even though you relate yourself as more of a "body builder", your physique is not of that of a standard female body builder.  You still maintain your femininity, you are not overly muscular (I would say a well developed women’s body) which is very attractive.  Most female bodybuilders are so grossly muscled that they lose what is core to them: their identities as females.  Mostly,  you are living proof (along with Jack LaLane) that getting older does not mean the end of the road.  You look visually better than most women in their twenties and most likely can best them in most sports by the way your physique looks (skeletal muscles, core, arms and legs).

I am a 1960s baby myself (1966) and like Jack LaLane, over the decades I have looked after myself with cardio-pulmonary-vascular activities (bicycling riding ) , strength training and consuming mostly vegetable matter (as well as fish and non mammal meat) and of course my whey protein.  I am not a body builder rather I am just lean and cut.

I hope more women follow your and other fitness models path because they will reap rewards when they get older and like Jack LaLane or his wife, do no need a stroller, a cane or some form of aid due to “age related” diseases.

First I would like to just say hello. Next I will say "wow" I am impressed. I am a business man and a firefighter. I would like to meet you if nothing else , but to say I think you have kept yourself very well. For guys who don\'t like the way you look, that is their loss. Now I will say that the final check someone has is not the looks but how that person really is inside. But there again you are pleasent to the eye in your apearence. Let it be known that I am fitting into all of my clothes that have taken up residence in the "too tight to wear" pile for that past year.  Friends that havent seen me in a while are asking, "Wow, you look great!  What are you doing?"  My reply is, "Getting my ass kicked three times a week!!"  I love this class and all of the motivation, as well as spending time with all of my family and friends that have joined!

Darkness? It has no place in your life. Through all the adversity look at the person you've become!!! You perceive the darkness, it seems like it's there, but it never really is. Through everything, you are the person you are today. You are such a strong person you've only allowed things to make you stronger and more positive. Look at the past and be happy and impressed with yourself. It would have been so much easier to give in or quit. Darkness isn't allowed, it cannot exist where there is light! and you my friend shine very, very bright.
